Looks Like Winter
It is so windy and gray out there today. Maybe snow is on the way? The Southerner in me wants to rush out and buy bread, milk, beer, etc. — just in case. Well, maybe I’ll do that since I need some stuff anyway. We were on our way out the door this morning when my youngest turned to me, and protesting the coat that I had just put on him, said, “I don’t need dis coat. You just blow some hot air out there!” Like I can control the weather. Seriously, if I had that kind of mojo does he really think that I’d waste it on the weather? I’d be much more likely to put it to work on getting him trained and cleaning up all the other assorted messes in my life over which I don’t have total control. You know?
