Cupcakes

are what I’m up to today. I’m baking for the school auction. This year, I decided to do cupcakes instead of full sized layer cakes. But, I had to find ones that didn’t require fussy, pretty, decorative frosting because I know that is not a talent of mine. So, I settled on making a batch of these

coconut cupcakes and a batch of Irish Coffee cupcakes.
