I’m No Smitten Kitchen
but I do my best, y’all. This is my “New York Cheesecake” attempt. I hope it is good. Part of me thinks that the kids at the banquet won’t really like it because of the only slightly sweet sour cherry topping, but I don’t know, maybe.
I suppose that some of it might come home for us to eat. I’m torn over that outcome, since that would mean that I could actually eat a piece and I don’t think that would be all that great for me, calorie-wise.
We shall see.
